Lead From Your Heart Yoga Teacher Training

Follow your heart

“This is so much more than just a teacher training. It is about discovering your true self.” Cressida {Fall 2015 YTT}

Are you a student of yoga who wants to:

:: learn yoga and meditation teachings and tools to feel empowered in this lifetime
:: teach an inspiring and uplifting yoga class
:: learn how to communicate better
:: find clarity in your life
:: align your head and your heart
:: discover how the ancient teachings of yoga relate to our everyday life
:: be accepted for who you are and where you are at

Take the next step to deepening your practice and the connection with your true self.

In this Yoga Teacher Training you will receive the tools necessary to teach an amazing full spectrum yoga class to students of all abilities.

The training is set up with two distinct parts: the Yogic Immersion and Taking The Seat of the Teacher.

Through an Immersion of yoga you will be inspired to deepen your practice and create a connection to self both on and off the mat. You will discover ancient philosophy and history of yoga by steeping yourself in the teachings of yoga. Through anatomy and physiology you will discover the systems of the body that allow us to move and practice. And studying the Bhagavad Gita you will uncover the lifelong struggles of the inner self and how to live an inspired life.

Taking the Seat of the Teacher will use your knowledge of yoga gained in the Immersion and apply it to a very practical and systematic app
roach to moving your students in class. Through the use of observation, clear and concise communication skills you will learn how to teach an inspiring, safe, and expansive yoga class to a wide range of students and abilities.

Completion of the training will qualify your for a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certificate as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
